Voices of the Middle West wrap-up

Last Saturday, March 22, saw our first ever Voices of the Middle West literary celebration, and we’re happy to say it was a huge success!

The goal of the all-day festival was to present a forum to discuss the Midwestern voice in literature, the way it is presented, as well as to showcase the plethora of presses, publishers and authors who call this place home. We were delighted to have partnered with the Residential College at the University of Michigan to put this on, and the turnout was absolutely incredible.

A hearty thanks to everyone that stopped by, to all of our wonderful exhibitors who shared time with us at the bookfair, and to Curtis Sittenfeld who delivered a funny and poignant keynote speech.

For those who couldn’t make it, we’ve copied a few of our favorite photos below!
